Divya has been a student of yoga her entire life, and lately an eager student of yoga asana. Divya is an RYT 500 and has completed training in Vinyasa, Yin, Prenatal yoga, and holds an introductory training in Ashtanga . Divya's parents were practitioners of yoga asana, so she was introduced to yoga asana as a young child growing up in Mysore, India. Being raised in a traditional Indian home, 7 other limbs of yoga were also implicitly taught and practiced.  In addition to yoga asana practice, Divya dove deep into subjects of philosophy through Bhagawad Gita, mythology, and Yoga Sutras, and eagerly shares this knowledge with her students.

Ashley began her journey in 2013 while in college in Fort Collins, Colorado. Right away, she delved into teaching hot and flow yoga, conducting weekly classes. In 2015, Ashley accomplished her 95-hour kids' yoga certification and initiated training sessions. Later, Ashley pursued an extension training at Core Power Yoga, where she discovered the transformative power of sculpt yoga and incorporated it into her teaching.
Ashley found that SOL 19 is where she truly learned to unleash her creativity. Since becoming part of the SOL tribe in 2019, Ashley has delved deeper into training, including the intuition journey, 300-hour, 50-hour sculpt, rocket, and hot yoga. Sol has become her sanctuary for growth and self-discovery.

Gabby has always been inspired by movement and fascinated with the immense capabilities of the human body. Growing up, she did gymnastics, equestrian sport, diving, and running. She took her first yoga class freshman year of college at the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2008 and since then, her yoga practice has served as the constant thread amongst a backdrop of the seasons of life. Gabby took a 200-hour teacher training in 2020. Then, after stumbling into SOUL 19 just by happenstance, enter: Rocket. The practice of Rocket yoga has radically transformed her practice and feels like home more than anything else. To her, the greatest way to honor the practice and lineage is to give back to the world the beautiful and humbling gifts yoga has blessed her with in this life.

Jenny's love of yoga stems from her background as a pharmacist and the awareness that many things we medicate people for could be alleviated with lifestyle changes. The most effective therapy she's found to offset stress and find balance in modern life is yoga. She notes the benefits of regular practice are countless and throughout the medical literature. And while yoga is great for giving yourself space to heal there are also many options to challenge yourself.

Jenny invites her students to find their own clarity and potential through breath and asanas (postures). Part of the blessing that is yoga is its simplicity. When we indulge in the stillness of savasana we see our world in a new light - and that has the potential to change everything.

Michelle found yoga in high school and initially spent time dabbling in the practice as a way to be a better volleyball player. She appreciated the intensity of heated classes and the sense of peace felt after each class. She “pre-tired” from a corporate career in 2023 and hopes to align her life’s work with values of compassion, empathy, and kindness. With her additional bandwidth, she joined the Bhakti team and completed her 200-hour teacher training as well as her 50-hour hot training. Chronically Libra, Michelle is always trying to find the balance between the heavy, light, dark, and bright moments on and off the mat. She is a student as much as she is a teacher and wants her students to feel empowered and encouraged through each and every breath.

Stacey’s journey with yoga started about 13 years ago, with the last 6 years truly solidifying yoga as an important part of life. Although it was the physical practice that first drew her in, Stacey quickly realized how incredibly powerful yoga can be in helping to work through emotional ‘stickiness’ as well. Yoga has helped her grow in countless ways as a human; pushing her to be better on and off her mat, and she hopes to bring this knowledge and enthusiasm to her classes. After being a member of the Bhakti team for a few years, she decided to take the hot training as a way to deepen her own hot practice. It was after that training she decided to pursue her 200-hour YTT as well as becoming certified in Yoga Sculpt and Barre.

Christopher has been a student of yoga since 2016 where he began his practice at Wild Lotus Yoga Studio in New Orleans. The Bhakti practices included singing, creative movement, art, poetry, service, loving-kindness meditations, and yoga as a universal inclusive practice that can bring restorative magic. This included a study of mythology, mantra, Joseph Campbell, and the vedas. His 12-step practice and courses in Breathwork and Iyengar yoga landed him in Longmont where he began asana work at yoga teaching school, SOL 19. Here, he completed his YTT 200-hour in power vinyasa and 50-hour Yoga Teacher certification.

Georgia English

Breathwork Guide

Georgia is trained in transformational breath and dance. Her focus is on understanding the importance of the "trauma" and energy that somatic practices can shift. Her main focus is embracing her path as a facilitator.

David began his yoga journey in 2017, shortly after wrapping up his time playing college baseball. What started as a new way to move quickly grew into a practice rooted in connection to community, to source, and to himself. Teaching since 2019, David’s goal is for students to leave class feeling seen, inspired, and more capable than they previously believed.

His classes are designed to welcome students of varying experience levels, while also offering plenty of opportunities to explore up-leveled practices. Students can expect intentional breathing, creative sequencing, and upbeat music woven with humor and philosophy. Above all, David aims to create an uplifting space where movement and mindfulness help students tap into their energetic essence.

A northeast native, Alex was initially drawn to yoga as an alternative to physical therapy after multiple back and shoulder surgeries. What started out as a curiosity became a passion and integral part of his life, and he hasn’t looked back, having now completed more than 1,200 vinyasa classes as a student in a little over six years.  After being pushed by his teachers to do his 200 hour YTT training, he completed it in 2024 and began a new and unexpected career. Bringing a very unique energy, Alex believes and teaches that yoga is a way of acknowledging the full and entire range of emotions we go through as humans and using them as powerful fuel for a yoga flow to help let things go and push things out from deep within by using breath as voice. His other passion being music, Alex creates playlists that match his teaching style, integrating rock and roll, hard rock, a smidge of metal, some mellow acoustic, and a lot of cello (his instrument) to create an amazing environment for learning and practice.
