YOGA

SOUL Vinyasa

Flow with your breath through creative sequences. Offered in Level 1 (all levels, unheated) and Level II (yoga experience recommended, heated).

SOUL HOT

Travel through a set series of postures and breathwork. Classes are set to 105 degrees and 60 percent humidity.

Rocket

This unheated, Ashtanga-based strength building flow incorporates challenging postures, arm balances and inversions.

Yin

Become familiar with poses and breath at a slower pace as you stretch and lengthen sore muscles, and find peace of mind.

Fitness

SOUL Barre

A high-intensity, low-impact workout utilizing ballet barre and other props to strengthen your entire body. Precise isolated movements choreographed to the beat of the music, take each muscle group to burn out to improve mobility, flexibility and overall strength.

SOUL Strength

Personal-training style class using heavier weights and slower reps to effectively build muscle and strength. We offer a wide range of dumb bells, resistance bands, and more.

SOUL Sculpt

Sculpt blends resistance training, and cardio bursts to help students move deeper into yoga poses and improve overall fitness. Some teachers incorporate yoga drills.

Breathwork

SOUL Exhale

Weekly breathwork classes offer a meditative experience like no other. Enjoy time to unwind and connect to deeper realms of self through your breath and calming sound healing techniques. Ideal for recharging from daily stresses, hard workouts, or just to relax and restore.
