SOUL 19 is Longmont, Colorado's premier Mindful Movement studio, with a full spectrum of yoga, barre, strength and meditation classes. We are truly unlike any other studio. We believe that movement is a living, breathing practice, not a script. Our offerings are carefully curated to help you build strength, resilience, mobility and mindfulness. More than that, we are a community—a space for connection, growth, and shared experience through movement.
Our highly-trained teaching team is made of dedicated instructors who bring a wealth of knowledge from various yoga and fitness disciplines. Each of our teachers is unique and has their own life story that enriches their offers. We empower each teacher to bring this individuality and deep expertise to every class, creating an experience that's personal, dynamic, and never cookie-cutter. This pioneering spirit made us the first in Boulder County to offer new yoga lineages like Rocket Yoga. It's what continues to drive us to develop fresh, fire-filled forms of barre and strength training alongside calming breath-work sessions.

Meet our Studio Owner
Molly Monroy has a wealth of fitness experience as a 500hr registered yoga teacher, certified barre instructor, and certified personal training. Building on this experience, she took stewardship of SOUL 19 in 2024.
Molly began teaching yoga and fitness a few years prior, after many years in high tech. It was like the stars aligned. She left the corporate world to teach. Shortly after she joined SOUL 19 (then SOL 19) as an instructor, she learned the studio was for sale.

Once again, the stars aligned.
Since taking the helm, Molly has diversified SOUL 19's class offerings, leveraging her decades-long passion for fitness for inspiration. SOUL 19 now has one of the most unique and diverse fitness and yoga offerings in the area, and continues to grow and evolve in partnership with its vibrant community.
