We apply a small processing fee to non-subscription purchases (does not apply to pre-paid 6 mos, annuals, or monthly unlimited memberships. We don't like it either but the payment processing business is not small-business friendly. :(

To cancel or pause your membership you must email info@soul19.com. We cannot cancel memberships in person or over the phone. All monthly unlimited memberships require a 30-day cancellation notice. Pre-paid memberships cannot be paused nor canceled.
