Fall Rocket BBQ
Our "Rocket BBQ" is a special 2.5-hour Rocket® Yoga master-class sure to roast you! Join us for an extended, high-energy session combining the entire dynamic Rocket yoga system with advanced arm balances, handstand work, and spinal mobility. This intense, sweat-inducing flow is affectionately nicknamed "The Barbecue" because it heats things up on the mat.
Come get sweaty, bendy and upside down!

Cat Yoga Donation Class with Elevated Communities Cat Cafe
Unroll your mat and unwind with a 60-minute yoga flow, led by Gabby Campiformio—all while surrounded by the calming presence of adoptable cats! 🧘♀️🐾 This is a donation based class. Suggested donation $25. Must enroll through the cafe.
You’ll enjoy:
- A full flow class with Gabby Campiformio
- Extra cuddle time with the kitties before or after
- Drinks and snacks available for purchase
