How should I prepare for my first class?
We’re so happy you’ve decided to give Soul 19 a try! Our studio rooms open 15 minutes prior to class. Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can show you around the studio, introduce you to your teacher, and help you gather any equipment needed for class. Whether you are taking yoga, strength or barre, be sure to bring your mat, a towel, and water with you. Any other equipment needed for class will be provided.
You can park in the parking lot in front of Soul 19, or on the street along Sherman. Please avoid parking in other businesses’ reserved spaces.
Do you offer mat and equipment rentals?
Yes we do! Mat rentals are $5 and towel rentals are $3 or $7 for the combo. Rentals are complementary for your first visit. We also offer bottled water for purchase. Any other equipment needed for class will be provided. Mat and towel rentals + water are always complementary for our Soul Ascend Premium Members.
Do you have locker rooms and showers?
Yes! We have spacious locker rooms with multiple showers with toiletries, and changing spaces. We have cubbies as well as lockers for your belongings. We offer locks free of charge.
What is Soul 19’s cancellation / no-show policy?
Cancellation policy: For most of our classes, you can cancel up until the start of class with no penalty. The exceptions are Fri 10:30a and Sat 8a Barre and our Strength classes. Because these classes generally waitlist, please cancel 3hr ahead of time to open up a spot to the waitlist and avoid a $10 late cancel fee.
No show policy: we have a $10 no-show fee for all Yoga, Barre, Sculpt and Strength-Fusion classes. The no-show fee for our small-group Strength classes is $25 due to extensive set up and prep required from our teachers for class.
What is Soul 19’s late arrival policy?
Please try to arrive at least 5 minutes ahead of class - however, we know life (and the train!) happens. We try to offer a 5 minute grace period for most classes, however, if we do not have front desk support (i.e. early morning classes), teachers must lock the doors at the start of class. You must arrive on time for Strength and Strength-Fusion classes. We cannot allow any late entry to these classes because they require equipment set up.
What is your membership cancellation policy?
If you’d like to cancel your membership, please email info@soul19.com. We require a 30-day notice period for our monthly memberships. Our pre-paid memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded. Class pack purchases are non-refundable.
Can I pause my membership?
Any of our monthly memberships can be paused for up to 30 days every 12 months. Our pre-paid memberships cannot be paused or extended. If you are facing medical issues or injuries we may be able to work with you on a longer pause. Please email info@soul19.com if you need to pause your membership.
Do class packs ever expire?
Our 10 class packs expire after 6 months; 20 class packs after 9 months.
