5. EMAIL AND TEXT MESSAGE COMMUNICATIONS

Text (SMS/MMS) Communications
Soul 19 sends text messages (SMS/MMS) to members and prospective members who have provided express written consent to receive them. Message types include:

How We Obtain Your Consent to Text
We obtain your consent to send text messages through one or more of the following methods:
- Completing a membership agreement or intake form that includes an SMS consent checkbox
- Submitting a web form that includes express SMS opt-in language
- Providing written or verbal consent in person at the studio
- Texting a keyword to our studio number in response to a posted offer or promotion
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided.
SMS Data — No Third-Party Sharing
Mobile opt-in consent and phone numbers collected for SMS messaging will NOT be sold, rented, shared, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for their own marketing purposes. This data is used exclusively to send you messages from Soul 19. If we use a third-party SMS platform to deliver messages on our behalf, that provider is contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Standard Messaging Disclosures

- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- To opt out of text messages at any time, reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
- To get help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at the address in Section 1.
Email Opt-Out: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email from us. Please note that even after opting out of marketing communications, you may still receive transactional messages related to your membership or account (e.g., payment receipts, policy changes).
6. PAYMENT INFORMATION & AUTOPAY
Soul 19 collects credit and debit card information to process payments for memberships and services. Members who enroll in autopay authorize Soul 19 (or our third-party payment processor) to charge their payment method on a recurring basis according to their membership agreement.
We do not store complete credit card numbers on our own systems. Payment card data is processed and stored by our third-party payment processor, which maintains its own security standards. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of our payment processor for more information.
By enrolling in autopay, you acknowledge and agree that charges will be applied automatically on your billing date until you cancel your membership or revoke authorization in accordance with your membership agreement.
7. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
a. Service Providers
We work with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business, such as:
- Payment processors (to handle credit card and autopay transactions)
- Scheduling and membership management software providers
- Email and SMS marketing platforms
These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us and are contractually required to protect your data.
b. Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request (e.g., court order, subpoena, or government inquiry).
c. Business Transfers
If Soul 19 is acquired, merged, or its assets are transferred to another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.
